How does shipping work?
How fast is shipping? Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and your location. Upon the shipment of your order, you will be sent an email containing a link to track your package. Tracking can also be viewed at any time by logging into your account and reviewing "Orders" or "Order History" on the account menu.
What is your refund policy?
We truly understand that there may be occasions where you might not feel entirely satisfied with your purchase, and our utmost concern is your overall experience. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate returns given the nature of our products. Nonetheless, we encourage you to get in touch with us if you are dissatisfied with the product or if it does not meet your expectations. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we sincerely want to help address any concerns you may have.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, and MectinLabs offers 2-day shipping on all orders.
Is packaging discreet?
Indeed, our packaging is discreet. The majority of MectinLabs products are shipped in a brown corrugated box adorned with “MectinLabs” on one side. It is important to note, however, that the form of packaging you receive is contingent upon its availability.
