Refund Policy – MectinLabs

At MectinLabs, customer satisfaction and skincare safety are our top priorities. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help — but due to the nature of skincare products, we have strict hygiene standards in place.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:


  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Prescription Denials

If you are denied a prescription by our licensed practitioner, you will receive a full refund of the prescription amount, automatically issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:


  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Sale or clearance items

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:


  • A clear photo of the product(s) and packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund — at no extra cost to you.

5. Refund Process

If your refund is approved (including prescription denials):


  • It will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
